Rocco Paco is seeking a proactive and dedicated Coordinator / Programme Manager to lead our Secretariat and manage all organisational programmes in line with our mission.
The role requires a strong communicator and organiser with experience in project management, partnership building, resource mobilisation, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee all Rocco Paco activities and programmes.
Manage the Secretariat and ensure efficient operations.
Develop partnerships, outreach, and communication strategies.
Lead grant writing, budgeting, and project reporting.
Ideal Candidate:
A self-starter with at least five years of leadership or project management experience, excellent organisational and writing skills, and fluency in Lwo is an advantage.
